Road Sweeping

A few weeks ago I received a request from a resident in the Glebe, Great Witley that the road be swept to remove large weeds that were growing. This was arranged to be carried out within the following two weeks but did not take place. As a result I have taken up the whole issue of road sweeping in the Ward which is supposed to take place on a six monthly basis in certain areas.It is clear that this has not been fully carried out and an improvement in this will be expected.I will shortly publish details of which areas are contracted to be done.
In the meantime I am now informed that the Glebe will be swept and weeded on Monday 7th June "without fail!"
