Planning Enforcement Update

As a result of the meeting held re Ockeridge Hill, it is not expected that any more lorries will be using the road until the issue over the planning enforcement notice that has been served by the District Council, has been resolved.

Initial discussions also took place concerning putting the road back into sufficient state of repair for it to be reopened. More as matters progress.
